Description:

We are seeking a smart, courteous, and professional Graduate Trainee (Front Desk Officer) to join our team.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in administration, customer service, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence

Maintain the front desk area and coordinate office activities

Provide administrative and clerical support
