The Brand Officer plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining TEF’s brand identity across all platforms.

This role ensures that the Foundation’s messaging, storytelling, and visual E communication reflect its mission and reinforce its leadership in African entrepreneurship.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Strategy:

Execute TEF’s brand strategy across communication channels

Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Protect and enhance brand reputation

Ensure alignment with TEF’s identity and values

Marketing, Communications & Storytelling:


Develop brand-led campaigns and content

Support programme launches and communication initiatives

Create reports, presentations, and digital assets

Amplify impact stories across Africa


Graphic Design & Visual Content:

Design digital and print materials (social media, reports, flyers)

Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals

Maintain visual consistency across platforms


Digital & Media Support:

Manage brand presence across digital platforms

Monitor media coverage and brand performance

Support reporting and analytics.


Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Coordinate with agencies and vendors

Promote internal brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.

The Research Manager will lead the revival and strategic direction of the Africapitalism Institute, positioning it as a leading research and thought leadership platform across Africa.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead the institute, develop long-term research agendas, and build partnerships with universities and institutions.

Research Design & Execution: Conduct high-quality research on entrepreneurship and economic development, design quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets using econometric and statistical tools, generate insights for policymakers.

Thought Leadership: Produce policy papers, research reports, and publications, support global academic and policy engagement.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

The M&E Officer will support the design and implementation of monitoring systems to evaluate TEF’s programmes across Africa, ensuring effective impact measurement and learning.


Key Responsibilities

M&E Systems: Develop and implement M&E frameworks across 54 countries, conduct impact assessments and data collection.

Data Management: Maintain centralized data systems and conduct quarterly data quality assessments.

Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Capture lessons learned, best practices, and develop case studies/impact stories.

Collaboration: Work with communications and programme teams to support advocacy and campaign strategies.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Master’s Degree.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in M&E.
