Analyse client data to provide input into client plans and client pricing to capitalise on market share to ensure the retention of sustainable relationships.

Analyse proposed deal structures to ensure they are logical, plausible, and are aligned to the clients’ needs, to deliver multiple solutions ensuring the client has optionality and choice for competitive advantage.

Conduct analysis of transactional, financial and client data for Fund Services products to validate revenue alignment and revenue assurance for reporting to Management Committee, Business Risk and Conduct Committee (BRCC), Governance committee (GovCo) and risk forums to manage product performance. Use data to provide input into pricing, revenue and profit potential to capitalise on market share.

Continuously drive the implementation of product improvements to deliver an optimal client experience and product value proposition to the market.  Guide product innovation and product platform development in collaboration with Product enablement,

Information Technology (IT) and Operations to continuously improve the product offering.

Contribute to the development of and manage the execution of the 12–18-month product roadmap to ensure the achievement of the country strategic objectives. Provide input into TPS client utilisation targets and monitor client franchise performance to achieve product performance targets.  Track and monitor assigned product(s) related to revenue, profitability, pricing, product life cycle, distribution channels, positioning, and promotion strategy

Drive the product profit and loss, forecasting and planning to achieve targets and budgets. Drive the adoption of profitability standards, application of country pricing guidelines, product pricing trade-off decisions and payment settlement limits to deliver product performance for the country.

Evaluate technology enabled client experience through client feedback, system performance and cost against product roadmap and collaborate with product enablement, IT and operations to enhance the product value chain for new and existing products.

Implement risk frameworks and governance from the toolbox aligned with country specific regulatory requirements to manage operational risk of the product. Implement action to address product audit outcomes in collaboration with compliance and other internal stakeholders to meet regulatory and operational risk requirements

Manage the end-to-end product value chain. Coordinate product execution, operationalization and utilization against the product roadmap, within the product license standards and local regulatory requirements, to achieve product profitability and utilization targets. Guide country product level trade-off decision making to meet client needs in line with the strategic objectives.

Monitor the market research and analysis trends to develop thorough understanding of market / sector conditions, country market trends, competitor offerings and sector differences.  Use data and insights to identify market needs and opportunities for product development and / or enhancements / modifications, to align products to market changes to grow TPS share of wallet and maintain a competitive market advantage for CIB.

Qualifications and Requirements:

First Degree in Business or Commerce

Post Graduate Degree in Business or Commerce

Work Experience

1-2 years Demonstrated experience in managing a function or product including planning, budgeting, managing profit and loss, general financial management, relationship management and continuous improvement to drive the success of the business

5-7 years Demonstrate in-depth understanding of TPS Cash Management products, client experience and improving product profitability throughout the product value chain.
