Description:

To provide expertise and professional support in the implementation of the World Class operations Management program which should result in efficiencies within the organization, embedded in a culture of ownership and continuous improvement in line with the cost leadership strategy .To support strategic decision making in operations and proactively engage staff to accelerate our ongoing change to lead the company towards its Global vision.

Qualifications and Requirements:

First Degree in Science/Engineering,  Master’s Degree in Technical Business/Operations Management is added advantage

Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in an Operations environment.

PKE Certification in at least two of Quality, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.

Lean Six Sigma Certification (LSSBB) is an added advantage

Other Requirements:
