Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as Call Verification Officers (CVO)
The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting verification and prequalification calls, confirming customer information, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information and documentation
- Perform prequalification checks based on defined criteria
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
- Escalate discrepancies or red flags identified during calls
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Support the onboarding and verification process as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
